Invitation to participate
We
are looking for 150 families of children with special needs in the North Wales
and adjacent areas to participate in our research project. Ideally, families
will be willing to participate in our research now and also agree to be involved
in a follow-up data gathering phase in approximately 12 months time. Please
read the remainder of this information carefully and complete the form enclosed
if you are interested in helping us with this research. If there is anything
that is not clear, or you would like more information before you decide, please
contact us by mail, telephone or email (including your telephone contact number)
and we will telephone you to discuss the project further and answer any questions
that you may have.
